Main entrance gates for new Bristol University student accommodation.

The gates open in three ways - the smaller pedestrian gate opens on a hidden hydraulic closer, and to allow vehicular access the large gate slides across the grey slate frontage, and the right hand panels hinge open. The hinges and slides were hidden, and junctions designed so that the gates when closed become one uninterrupted panel.
